The Lord spoke to bill and told him that a certain woman would be his wife and the Lord confirmed it. As time went on Bill and this woman got along well and then they finally got wind of each other's 'issues'.
Thru the ups and downs bill still loves this woman but is tired of always trying to understand this woman he loves. The woman loves him alot but has issues with her pain. Bill is tired and at times thinks about just walking away but thinks about what God spoke to him.
What should bill do? When is enuff, enuff?

Yeah, Bill must continue to trust God and know without a doubt that God doesn't lie nor does He set us up to fail. Regarding this woman and her issues...keep her lifted before the Father, trust Him with her and be consistent and constant in his faith walk before her. Her progression is out of his control, but his forward movement is in his control. Still at the end of the day...TRUST GOD WITH HIMSELF, HER AND THE RELATIONSHIP.

The first problem I see is the "Lord told Bill" part.
People have a preconceived notion of what they want, tack on "God told me" and then wonder why problems arise...
Whether "God told him" or not he made vow he should not defer to pay it.
It is work and a necessary work at that!

Do not be so quick to come against the "GOD said...." statements. They still are in affect.

Without the written Word you have nothing to compare its authority to.

But if one who has an intimate relationship with God says GOD SAID, it would automatically be lined up with the Word of God which is the authority and all would be well….NO?
Me personally, if you hear it out of my mouth, Im confident that is what God told me and it WILL line up with His Word AND it would have been confirmed and THEN you would see fruit from it!
